These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of, and access to, the HelpersConnect website (referred hereinafter to as “the Website” or “this Website”).
This Website is operated and maintained by Aseana Caregivers Pte Ltd (“ACG”) and use of this Website is accordingly also subject to ACG’s Terms of Use as published on ACG’s website at www.caregivers.com.sg], which are hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing, using or signing up for an account on this Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by ACG’s Terms of Use and, additionally, these Terms and Conditions.
ACG reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without any notice to you. Such amendments or modifications shall take effect immediately upon the posting of the amended or modified Terms and Conditions on this Website. Your continued access to or use of this Website after such amendment or modification shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the amended or modified Terms and Conditions.
Website account
Users of the Website may register for a Helpers account or an Employers account (each, an “Account”) for the purpose of creating and managing their online profiles for employment purposes.
By registering for a Helpers Account:
- you acknowledge and warrant that you are fully and solely responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by you which may be posted on this Website;
- you agree that ACG shall not be liable for any emails, messages or other communication sent to your contact details provided on the Website nor for any claims, loss or damage that may arise from any content posted on, or the use of any services provided via, the Website;
- you acknowledge and agree that ACG may temporarily or permanently disable or suspend access to your Account if (i) any reports of unauthorised use are made, (ii) you have in any way violated or breached these Terms and Conditions, (iii) any information provided by you is false, inaccurate or misleading in any way or (iv) you have violated any applicable laws, rules or regulations. You also undertake to notify ACG immediately at Email: admin@aseanacaregivers.com.sg or Contact: 63166618 of any unauthorised use of your Account. You further acknowledge and agree that ACG reserves the right to log off or suspend your Account if it is inactive for an extended period of time; and
- you acknowledge that ACG makes no warranties as to the availability or suitability of any particular job, and does not make any recommendation or endorsement of any job. You agree that you shall be fully and solely responsible for accepting or rejecting any job and that ACG bears no liability for, or in connection with, any contract or agreement for employment that may be entered into between you and any employer.
By registering for an Employers Account:
- you acknowledge and warrant that you are fully and solely responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by you which may be posted on this Website;
- you agree that ACG shall not be liable for any emails, messages or other communication sent to your contact details provided on the Website nor for any claims, loss or damage that may arise from any content posted on, or the use of any services provided via, the Website;

- you acknowledge that ACG makes no recommendation or endorsement of any helper posted on the Website and does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by any helpers which may be posted on this Website. You agree that you shall be fully and solely responsible for your selection of any helper and ACG makes no warranties in any form or manner to you or any other person in relation to the performance, quality or fitness of any work by any helper. You further agree that ACG bears no liability for, or in connection with, any contract or agreement for employment that may be entered into between you and any employer; and
- you represent that where you are seeking a helper for or on behalf of another person, you are fully and lawfully authorised, and have obtained all required consents, to do so and to furnish any and all personal information concerning such other person and to agree on behalf of such person to the use and provision of any services on this Website.
ACG reserves the right in its absolute discretion to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue the services provided on this Website, including the availability of any features on this Website, at any time without prior notice.
You may terminate your Account at any time by sending an email to admin@aseanacaregivers.com.sg
Charges and Payment
All charges and payments for the use of the services on the Website and final and non-refundable. The foregoing shall apply notwithstanding the termination or suspension of your Account by ACG as set out above, or your voluntary termination of your Account.
